CONTRACT OFFICE CLEANING
All contracts are personally supervised by a member of Management.
Our commitment is to provide the most reliable, trustworthy and
cost effective service to our clients.
Our staffing policy is to recruit the best possible staff,
by looking at honesty, reliability, commitment, appearance and
self-motivation. We always take up references. As we are locally
based we are ideally situated for the efficient selection and
supervision of our staff.
Our procedures are based on experience gained over years of
providing a quality service to our clients. Each of our staff is
allocated a work area for which they are responsible. They are
expected to cover specific duties within that area. All staff are
instructed by and reports to a member of management. We provide
training in equipment use, Health and Safety and COSH. On-site
supervision is carried out by frequent and irregular visits by a
member of management to ensure that a consistently high standard
of service is provided. We report to a nominated representative of
your company each month so that you have the opportunity to
discuss and comment on the service we provide.
Benefit from minimum waste. Staff performance is routinely
monitored. Materials used are of the highest quality and their
distribution is controlled. Many of our employee’s have NVQ
training in industrial cleaning.
CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
We clean Commercial and Domestic carpets.
All furniture can be removed and replaced. We apply a concentrated
low foaming agent for pre-spraying onto the carpet. This breaks
down the dirt/staining in the fibres ensuring the best possible
results when cleaning.
The Extracta Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning System has a large
cleaning capacity and use’s a three stage heavy duty “super
vacuum” which removes 95% of the water from the carpet enabling a
2/3 hour drying process.
Depending on the type of fabric, we can clean with water
temperatures of up to 80 degrees. Any difficult stains are treated
with specific stain removers i.e. red wine, juice, oil etc. We
also apply a deodoriser to the fabric which leaves a fresh clean
odour or completely removes bad odours using a sanitising
deodoriser.
All our operatives have been industry trained. We wish to provide
the best possible service we can, so if you have any questions or

WINDOW CLEANING
Over many years we have developed our window cleaning procedures.
To provide a better working environment for our employee’s and our
clients, we now use a Osmosis window cleaning system.
The system allows windows to be cleaned without the use of
ladders. On our vehicle we have two 300 litre tanks which filter
normal water into pure water. The pure water is then pumped
through cleaning poles to clean the windows. The windows and
frames are clean and smear free due to the pure water.
Health and safety is our main concern and the system allows our
operatives to clean in a safe environment.
All operatives are fully trained in all aspects of their work.
GARDEN MAINTENANCE
Grass cutting, weed control, shrub pruning and general tidying of
premises are undertaken. Usual schedules are 19 visits per year
(winter 6 visits and summer 13 visits). Our operatives are NVQ
trained.
FLOOR POLISHING & HARD FLOOR MAINTENANCE
Old polish is removed and a deep clean of the floor is undertaken.
Three coats of polish are applied to a wet look, gloss or matt
finish, whichever is required. All our polish finishes are all non
slip and enhance a dull hard floor surface. After polishing, the
floor is much easier to clean and maintain. We can maintain any
polished surface on a regular basis
CAR PARK & LITTER CONTROL
Mechanical push sweeping systems keep car park areas clean and
tidy. Initial cleans or regular visits are undertaken.
PRESSURE WASHING
Refuse bins, bin stores, pathways and drives. Deodorising and
disinfecting.
BUILDERS CLEANS & INITIAL CLEANS
We are able to clean new properties and refurbished properties. We
have had many years experience in new builds. All work is
undertaken by our mobile cleaning teams. All teams are managed by
an onsite supervisor.
